Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

Chatterton House LLC, doing business as Fifth Wick Films (“Chatterton House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates thechattertonhouse.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which includes your name, email address, and the content of your message.

The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When you visit, GitHub may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested, as part of operating its hosting service. The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels, and it loads its fonts from our own server rather than from a third party.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about it.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our communications: GitHub, Inc. (website hosting), Web3Forms (which processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email), and our email provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because the Site does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to these signals.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time through the contact form on this Site to review, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
